Striker is a fresh Attacker Operator in Rainbow Six Siege and has been an increasingly popular pick for players. He may not seem like the best at first because he doesn’t have an Operator skill. However, this is the best part of his kit: he can carry two utilities at once. Here’s all you need to know!

Who is Striker?

Striker, unlike the other Operators, actually contains multiple people. The Strikers are a group of Recruits that are well-known as elite Specialists among the Attacker ranks. Despite their look, the Strikers aren’t just any other generic team of soldiers. They are very well trained and disciplined, with great respect for the other Attacker Operators we love and know. Whether you want a new Rainbow Six Siege account or wish to sell your existing one, we have the best for you! Check u7buy.com today to know more.

Despite the immense and hardcore training that Strikers must undergo, they’re still often undermined on the field during missions. Many other Operators and Specialists consider the Strikers as fodder, but those who make it through the toughest missions are well-regarded in the ranks and leagues of soldiers.

Striker’s Loadout

Since Striker lacks an Operator ability, players will need to pay careful attention to what weapons and utility they bring into matches. These will heavily determine your playstyle as Striker, and how aggressive her potential power can be. For her secondary weapon, many players choose to bring her ITA 12S Shotgun for aggression, Hard Breaching Charges, and Impact EMPs for taking down Jammers and breaching walls. There are lots of combinations here, so take advantage of that freedom.

Primary Weapons:

  • M4 Assault Rifle
  • M249 Light Machine Gun

Secondary Weapons:

  • 5.7 USG Handgun
  • ITA 12S Shotgun

Gadgets/Utility:

  • Stun Grenades
  • Hard Breaching Charges
  • Fragmentation Grenades
  • Impact EMP
  • Smoke Grenades
  • Claymore
  • Soft Breaching Charge

How to Play as Striker

There are several aspects to playing as a Striker, all of which depend on what utility you bring to the match. Thanks to her ability to bring more than one, Striker has a lot more versatility compared to other Operators, which can come in handy as a Support. For example, a combination of Breaching Charges and Impact EMPs is great against reinforced wall hatches. This combo can also be a nightmare against certain Operators who place down traps and other reinforcements.

Another combination involves Claymores and Breaching Charges. Whenever Striker is placing a Charge, she can also put down a Claymore to protect himself from incoming attacks. This is especially useful when breaking down reinforcements with possible Defenders behind them. It’ll help prevent your ambushing efforts from going south and allow you to take back the high ground.

And finally, there are Striker’s grenades to mention. Striker can carry a set of Smoke and Stun Grenades. Both can ruin some special Operator devices, including Jäger’s ADSs and Wamai’s disks. The grenades also make decent distractions for your team and yourself to quickly flank or escape the enemy. This set will be more useful for players who tend to flank more often and become more active on the team.

How Strong is Striker in Rainbow Six Siege?

As mentioned prior, the lack of an Operator ability is sure to throw off players, but that doesn’t make Striker weak whatsoever. The fact that she can bring multiple utilities alone allows her to adapt to almost any bomb site you’re sent to. She is also incredibly fun to play, as her choice of gadgetry allows for all kinds of combinations that give players the chance to try all kinds of gameplay styles.

Striker is also one of the best Operators when playing in solo queues. Since Striker can bring more than one gadget, allowing for added versatility, that means she can also handle multiple tasks on the map. However, you should still, of course, communicate with your teammates when you can to gain and give information to increase win chances.

How to Get Striker

To get Striker in your roster is relatively simple. One way was to purchase the Striker Facade Bundle, which appeared in the Assault on Hereford game mode. However, this was a limited-time event during February, so the special skin that comes with the bundle is long gone.

If you’re a new player, then you’re in luck. When no other Attacker Operators are unlocked yet, Striker will be your default playable Operator. This means that she’ll likely be the first Attacker Operator you unlock or play as. Striker is also technically the Attacker version of the Recruit Defender, which can explain their resemblance.
